The Camp Transformation Center – Cypress is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk Sales Associate who is passionate about fitness, enjoys connecting with people, and is comfortable with sales, social media, and creating a welcoming member experience.

As the first impression of our studio, you'll play an important role in helping members achieve their goals while supporting the growth of our business through sales, marketing, and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests with a positive, high-energy attitude.
• Check members into classes and create an exceptional first impression.
• Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and social media inquiries.
• Schedule consultations, free trials, and member appointments.
• Conduct studio tours and educate prospective members on our programs.
• Follow up with leads and past members by phone, text, and email.
• Sell memberships, transformation programs, supplements, and retail products.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Stories, and Reels.
• Capture photos and videos of workouts, members, coaches, and studio events.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera for promotional videos and social media content.
• Perform light administrative duties, including Google Sheets data entry, tracking daily sales, updating member information, and completing front desk administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio.
• Support coaches and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable with sales conversations and achieving monthly goals.
• Comfortable creating content and being on camera.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Basic computer skills, including Google Sheets and data entry.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and coachable.
• Passion for health, fitness, and helping others.
• Evening and weekend availability required.

We're looking for an energetic, motivating, and passionate coach to lead high-energy group fitness classes while creating an exceptional member experience. The ideal candidate is confident leading groups, provides exercise modifications, builds strong relationships with members, and is committed to helping people achieve their health and fitness goals.
