About the Role

This is not your average front desk position.

As a Wellness Experience Associate, you are the face of the clinic and a key part of the guest experience. You'll create meaningful connections with members and guests while helping them commit to consistent wellness routines through personalized recommendations and exceptional service. What You'll Do

• Deliver an elevated guest experience both in person and over the phone
• Build strong relationships with members and first-time guests
• Educate guests on services, wellness benefits, and membership options
• Meet and exceed sales goals through membership conversions and service recommendations
• Schedule appointments and optimize provider schedules
• Recommend enhancements, skincare, and retail products based on guest needs
• Support a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment
• Assist with inventory and daily operational tasks
• Work collaboratively with massage therapists, estheticians, and leadership teams

Compensation & Perks
