About Us
Splash Swim School, Inc. is a family-focused swim school dedicated to helping children build confidence, develop water safety skills, and become strong swimmers. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our families.

The Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll help create a positive experience for students and parents from the moment they walk through the door. You’ll work closely with our swim instructors and management team to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Welcome students and families with a warm, positive attitude
• Check students in and out for swim lessons
• Answer phones, emails, and parent questions
• Assist families with class schedules, registrations, make-ups, and account questions
• Process payments and maintain accurate customer records
• Help keep the front desk and lobby organized, clean, and welcoming
• Communicate schedule changes and important information to families
• Support instructors and management with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Provide excellent customer service and help resolve concerns professionally
• Follow all swim school safety, operational, and customer-service procedures

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with children and families
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and basic office systems
• Previous front desk, customer service, childcare, or recreation experience is a plus
• Must be comfortable working around a pool environment
• CPR/First Aid certification (to be obtained within a month of employment)

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with families and creating a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate is patient, positive, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm and professional when things get busy.
