Front Desk Receptionist
1ST CLASS PARKING is a fast-growing valet parking company with over 15 years of experience, providing services to high-end hotels, condominiums, and special events in the Miami tri-county area.
We are seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience in the hospitality industry, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and guests upon arrival.
- Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Assist residents with requests and promptly resolve any issues.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
- Manage internal software, systems, and computers efficiently.
- Schedule is 40 hours per week AM and PM 7a-3p / 3p-11p and 11p-7a
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or the hospitality industry is preferred. (minimum 6 months)
- Advanced English proficiency is essential, as frequent communication with residents is required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A high level of customer service to ensure residents' needs are met professionally and efficiently.
- Availability to work 16 to 40 hours per week.
- A professional and friendly attitude towards residents and visitors.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
