D.O.F.I. = Director of First Impressions
This role is more than front desk work. You are the first face, first voice, and first connection our patients experience. That first interaction helps shape their entire visit, and we're looking for someone who can make it count.

We're searching for dependable, upbeat individuals who can balance professionalism with personality while helping keep clinic operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

In this role, you'll help create a positive patient experience from start to finish by:

• Welcoming patients and confirming demographic and account details in our system
• Answering questions and providing guidance throughout the visit process
• Managing incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Keeping clinic paperwork and patient forms stocked and organized
• Handling patient payments, posting charges, and providing receipts
• Uploading and scanning medical records and supporting documentation
• Protecting confidential patient information at all times
• Verifying insurance information and assisting with patient concerns
• Maintaining a professional, approachable attitude with both patients and coworkers
• Learning additional clinic duties through cross-training opportunities
• Helping with tasks outside your primary role when clinic needs arise
• Looking for ways to improve workflows and support team success
• Carrying out daily responsibilities in alignment with our mission, vision, and values

What Makes You a Good Fit

We're looking for someone who can stay organized, work efficiently, and communicate clearly in a fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable with computers, confident in customer interactions, and understand the importance of privacy and professionalism.

Previous experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is a plus, and familiarity with HIPAA is helpful, but we're just as interested in finding someone with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a genuine passion for helping people.

Schedule & Pay

Pay starts at $15.00/hr, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position:

• Monday-Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• No weekends
