The Full-time Front Desk Agent greets guests, handles check-in/check-out, and provides exceptional customer service to ensure a smooth stay.

  • Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately.
  • Answer calls, assist with inquiries, and promote hotel amenities.
  • Secure payments, issue keys, and update records in the property management system.
