- Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs accurately.
- Answer calls, assist with inquiries, and promote hotel amenities.
- Secure payments, issue keys, and update records in the property management system.
- Resolve guest issues promptly, coordinate with staff, and maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Follow security procedures, monitor guest access, and support shuttle or valet services as needed.
- Requirements include a high school diploma, customer service experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with computers, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual skills and a driver’s license are advantageous. Physical ability to stand, lift, and move items is necessary.
