About the Role:
Blue Water Spa, Inc. is looking for a warm, polished, and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our luxury spa in beautiful Southampton, NY. Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a seamless spa experience from arrival to departure
• Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and confirmations using spa booking software
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services, pricing, and availability
• Process payments, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records
• Promote and upsell spa services, memberships, and retail products
• Coordinate with estheticians, massage therapists, and other staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil front desk and reception area

Requirements:

• Prior front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred; spa or hospitality experience a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional appearance
• Proficiency with scheduling or point-of-sale software; ability to learn new systems quickly
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
