We opened the Canyon Ranch Wellness Club + Spa in Fort Worth, Texas and we are hiring our Vitality Suite Front Desk Staff, as we build our team. Vitality Suite is open 8am to 8p, 7 days a week. We need applicants that can work on call hours per week and are available nights and weekends. Be part of a team and a culture whose purpose is to make lives happier and healthier.
Responsibilities:Primarily responsible for reception-oriented duties and providing members with the highest quality of customer service to include greeting members, attending to their needs, arranging appointments, taking payment for services, and assisting members with equipment and retail products. Adheres to Canyon Ranch service standards providing world-class member/guest service. Greets members with a smile, checking members in and arranging member appointments. Helps provide members with a beverage while they wait for their service. Perform reception desk open/closing duties.
