Front Desk Staff (Part-time & Substitute)

About the role

HealthFitness is looking for part-time (working up to 6 hours per week on Saturday's from 6:30AM - 1:00PM) and substitute/as-needed/fill-in Front Desk Attendants to join the fitness team at our client site located in Cincinnati, OH!

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous customer service experience a plus.
• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 45 days of hire.

The compensation range for this role is $13/hr - $14/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.  We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
