Job SummaryWe are seeking a positive, friendly Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional service to our hotel guests. The Front Desk Agent will assist guests with the check-in and check-out processes, issue room keys, and process payments. Responsibilities also include maintaining communication with housekeeping staff to coordinate room availability, answering guest inquiries, and completing paperwork promptly and accurately. The Front Desk Agent must possess excellent communication skills and the ability to stay positive even when faced with challenging situations. Your goal is to provide guests with an exceptional customer service experience.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the maintain knowledge of clinic operations and activities
- Take reservations and answer questions via phone, email, and in-person
- Build rapport with patients and identify their needs through friendly conversation and open-ended questions
- Verifying Insurances and Scheduling appointments.
Qualifications
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Proficient in English, Spanish; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Computer literacy
- Able to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation

Next Generation Orthopedic and Spine Institute (NXGOSI) is an orthopedic practice established in 2014 by Dr. Anthony Owusu who has performed hundreds of spinal procedures and has published and presented industry-leading research in spine surgery. Dr. James Carson, a highly sought-after orthopedic surgeon, joined the practice in 2022, greatly expanding the range of services offered to patients. Our services revolve around the treatment of pain associated with the back, neck, hips, knees, shoulders, and anywhere in between. This includes the bones, joints, ligaments, nerves, and tendons. We offer in-house injections, referrals for conservative care, and surgeries. Our team is in the process of adding physical therapy to our list of services.Our Mission Statement
