A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor:

Start your day with breathtaking mountain views and a sense of purpose. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you'll oversee front desk operations, ensure excellent guest service, and manage a team of front desk attendants. Take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access during breaks. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors.

What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

The Minimum Requirements to be Considered:

• Legal authorization to work in the United States
• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in a supervisory role in hospitality

What you'll need to learn in the first 90 days to excel at this job:

• Front desk operations and guest service protocols
• Team management and training techniques
• Safety and emergency procedures
• Reservation systems and hotel policies

Work Schedule & Location:

• Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Located at the base of the Alta Ski Area, offering unparalleled ski-in, ski-out access
