About the Role:
Join Lori's H2O Skills as a Front Desk/Swim Teacher, where you'll be the welcoming face of our aquatic programs! This dynamic role combines customer service with teaching children essential swimming skills in a fun and engaging environment.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing excellent service and information about swim programs.
• Conduct swim lessons for children of various ages and skill levels, ensuring safety and enjoyment.
• Manage scheduling and registration for swim classes, handling inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and swimming facilities.
• Monitor swim class progress and provide feedback to parents on their child’s development.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and pool policies at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education in education or sports preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification required, or willing to get achieve it.
• Experience in swimming preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturday mornings.
• Passion for teaching and working with children.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
