Job Summary
Dependable, High-energy, positive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused professional to join our Front Desk team. This position involves exemplary customer service experience, attention to detail, and passion for service. Superior oral and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Complete Opening/Closing Checklists
- Ensure lobby area is clean and stocked
- Learn the D1 brand and be able to answer all customer support questions for current and potential athletes
- Answer phone calls and take messages for Coaches and Management
- Check athletes into workouts and ensure accurate attendance tracking
- Keep retail areas fully stocked with food, drink, clothing
- Maintain inventory for cleaning supplies, D1 gear, and products
- Process all ancillary purchases in MBO
- Complete daily social media tasks
- Make sure all accounts are properly noted
Qualifications
- Dependable, organized, and responsible
- Must be a high-energy & positive individual
- Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
