Reception Responsibilities:
- Provide information to staff, volunteers, clients, and the public about programs and services
- Greet visitors, offer directions, and assist as needed
- Answer phones, relay messages, and transfer calls
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support overall administrative functions of the department
- Assist with processing vendor payments, managing documents, and maintaining vendor relationships
- Coordinate work orders for fleet and facility maintenance
- Participate in facility emergency drills
- Copy, file, and organize documents
- Verify data accuracy before entry
Qualifications include prior customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
