Front Desk Associates play a key role in creating a welcoming first impression for guests, supporting daily front desk operations, and providing excellent customer service to guests. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, friendly, and comfortable handling transactions in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Pay
- Schedule: Mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Employment Type: Part-time, Seasonal (May-September)
- Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour
Qualifications
- 18 years of age preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience in retail, food service, or hospitality preferred
- Dependable, positive, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to accept guidance and supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability May through September, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Admit pool patrons quickly and accurately
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions
- Redeem coupons and process payments correctly
- Count and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts
- Greet guests as they enter and exit the facility
- Answer guest questions and escalate concerns to management when necessary
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and provide relevant information
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Keep accurate records and reports of transactions
- Perform additional duties as assigned
