The Front End Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service at the retail location, managing cashier duties, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring smooth checkout operations.
- Perform transactions accurately, handle returns, and support memberships and customer questions.
- Maintain organized and clean front-end areas, restock impulse products, and support overall store operations.
- Assist customers both in-store and via phone, guiding them and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Work standing or walking up to 9 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs., and performing physical tasks.
- Requires 1+ year retail or supply chain experience, proficiency in MS Office, strong communication, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
This role is full-time, with shifts between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, located in Gwynn Oak, MD, accepting only W-2 candidates.
