Job Title: Front End Developer Angular
Experience: 3-6 Years

Salary: $89k- $176k per annum
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Front End Developer with strong expertise in Angular to develop and maintain dynamic web applications, ensure seamless integration with backend services, and optimize application performance, accessibility, and security.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the modernization of legacy Angular codebases by implementing standalone components, Signals, and current Angular framework features to reduce technical debt.
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance user interfaces from the ground up while maintaining architectural alignment with long-term product goals.
- Conduct performance profiling to identify rendering and execution bottlenecks.
- Optimize change detection strategies and reduce initial bundle sizes through advanced lazy loading and tree shaking.
- Refactor complex components to improve maintainability and scalability.
- Design and maintain state management architectures using NgRx or Angular Signals.
- Develop complex asynchronous data streams using advanced RxJS patterns for real-time data handling.
- Build responsive, accessible, and visually polished interfaces using Tailwind CSS and SCSS.
- Extend and customize component libraries such as Angular Material to meet usability and application requirements.
- Mentor junior developers through detailed code reviews and pair programming.
- Translate complex technical challenges into clear, actionable explanations for non-technical stakeholders.
- Document architectural decisions and establish guidelines for frontend best practices.
Required Qualifications- 3-6 years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on the Angular ecosystem.
- Expert-level understanding of Angular, including framework lifecycle, dependency injection, and routing.
- Expert-level TypeScript skills, including advanced types, generics, and decorators.
- Strong RxJS proficiency, including creating and managing complex observable streams and avoiding memory leaks.
- Hands-on experience with NgRx, Elf, or Angular Signals for global and local application state management.
- Expertise with modern CSS frameworks, specifically Tailwind CSS and SCSS.
- Proficiency with Angular Material or similar UI component libraries.
- Experience with VITest, Jest, or Cypress for application testing.
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and clean code practices.
- Knowledge of frontend design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, Observer, and similar patterns.
- Experience with Git-based version control and collaborative branching strategies.
- Ability to coach other developers and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills using Chrome DevTools and Angular DevTools.
Desired Qualifications - Experience with modern Angular features such as Signals and Deferrable Views, including Angular 19+.
- Experience with Lighthouse, Web Vitals, and memory profiling tools.
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 compliance for web applications.
- Experience collaborating with Spring Boot or similar RESTful API architectures.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
