Location: Southlake- On-site 4 days per week
Duration: 6 months
 
For the Front end role, what we are looking for is more a Web Developer with Strong Angular skills being able to integrate with backend API's.
 
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with strong focus on frontend application development
  • Extensive Angular single-page applications experience, including build/deploy and troubleshooting client-server integration issues.
  • REST endpoint development, versioning, OpenAPI/Swagger, authentication/authorization, and backward compatibility.
  • Strong testing and quality mindset: unit/integration tests in .NET, regression awareness, and ability to prevent breaking changes.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and release governance in highly regulated enterprise environments.
  • Ability to work in a regulated or large-enterprise setting with documentation, change control, and peer review standards.
  • LDAP/Active Directory integration, token-based auth, role/entitlement models, and secure secret handling
  • Familiarity with feature-flag driven delivery and safe rollout practices.
 
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, SQL, or related server-side frameworks
  • Understanding of contact center routing concepts, digital channels, IVR, agent experience, or workforce management integrations
  • Experience with SDKs, XML, SCXML/VXML, or platform-specific integration frameworks is a plus
