Front-End Loader Equipment Operator (Shipping & Receiving Yard)

Express Employment is hiring on behalf of a Van Buren company for an experienced front-end loader professional who keeps freight moving safely and on time.

A day in this role

Your shift starts at 7:00 AM. You conduct a pre-operation check on the loader, then begin staging and moving freight around the yard with precision. Throughout the day, you’ll load and unload materials, verify shipping and receiving paperwork, and perform basic upkeep on the machine to keep it in top working order. By 4:30 PM, you’ve wrapped up documentation, parked and inspected the equipment, and handed off a tidy, organized yard.

What you’ll handle

• Operate a front-end loader to safely load and unload freight in the yard
• Read, interpret, and confirm accuracy of shipping and receiving documents
• Perform routine equipment checks and light maintenance

Schedule & pay

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Compensation: Starts at $17.00 per hour; higher rates available with verifiable loader operator experience
