Schedule:- Training: First shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- After Training: Night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Rotating Schedule:
- 3 days on → 2 days off → 2 days on → 3 days off
- Training typically lasts about 1 month (depending on individual progress)
What You’ll Do:- Operate a front-end loader to load and unload materials
- Load and unload poles and products from trucks, railcars, or trailers
- Read work orders and build loads to customer specifications
- Stage finished products in designated areas
- Assist with inventory and general operations
- Support the treating department as needed
What You Need:- Experience with heavy equipment OR industrial forklift operation preferred
- Ability to perform outdoor, physical, and hands-on industrial work
- Willingness to learn — training provided!
- Reliability and ability to work a rotating schedule
