Front End Loader Operator

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
Position Type: Temporary with the potential to become permanent (Temp-to-Perm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Front End Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating front end loaders in a safe and efficient manner. This position is responsible for loading, moving, and transporting materials while maintaining productivity and adhering to all safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate a front end loader to move, load, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Load trucks, hoppers, bins, and other designated areas with materials.
• Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper operation at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and all OSHA safety regulations.
• Assist with general labor duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of front end loader operating experience required.
• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in various work environments.
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions and varying weather environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties as required.

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Overtime may be available based on business needs
