If you are a precision-driven operator who enjoys a steady 4-day work week and playing a vital role in local logistics, we want you on our team!

Description for Heavy Equipment Operator:

• Operate a front-end bucket loader to scoop, lift, transport, and load bulk materials including topsoil, sand, gravel, and mulch.
• Coordinate the loading of customer trucks with precision and efficiency.
• Manage and move large stockpiles to maintain site organization.
• Mix various soil components according to specific requirements.
• Maintain a clean and safe site environment through active material management.

Details for Heavy Equipment Operator:

• Pay: $18.19/hour
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday
• Shift Hours: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM

Requirements for Heavy Equipment Operator:

• MUST have prior experience driving heavy equipment, specifically a front-end bucket loader.
• Ability to work a consistent evening/night shift.
• Strong spatial awareness and safety-first mindset around people and vehicles.
• Reliable attendance and a professional attitude.
