Thursday–Saturday and every other Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We’re hiring a front-end loader operator for a charcoal factory seeking a reliable, safety-focused individual to support production and material handling operations in an industrial environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate a front-end loader to move raw materials, charcoal, and finished product throughout the facility
- Load and unload materials into processing equipment, hoppers, and trucks
- Maintain safe material flow to support continuous production
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
- Climb ladders and access elevated areas as required for operations and inspections
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Follow all plant safety and environmental procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of front-end loader operating experience
- Physically capable of climbing ladders and working in an industrial environment
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a dusty, hot manufacturing setting
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Steel toe shoes required
