The Front End Manager oversees daily front-end operations, ensuring efficient product loading, checkout, and customer service.
- Supervises and trains cashiers and loaders, monitors their performance, and maintains security and accuracy during transactions and product handling.
- Ensures timely customer checkout, prevents long lines, and addresses customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Manages staffing schedules, assigns tasks during slow periods, and trains employees on responsibilities and safety procedures.
- Maintains front-end displays, stock levels, and operational equipment, including scanners and registers.
- Reviews errors, handles adjustments, and documents issues to improve processes.
- Communicates with customers for feedback and maintains a positive shopping experience.
- Ensures employees are properly dressed, equipped, and performing minimum daily checks.
- Performs other duties as assigned, supporting overall store operations.
**Qualifications:** Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, customer focus, and computer literacy.
