The Front End Manager oversees daily front-end operations, ensuring efficient product loading, checkout, and customer service.

  • Supervises and trains cashiers and loaders, monitors their performance, and maintains security and accuracy during transactions and product handling.
  • Ensures timely customer checkout, prevents long lines, and addresses customer issues promptly and professionally.
