JOB DETAILSJob SummaryThe Front-End Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-end operations, including cash handling, customer service, and team performance. This role ensures accurate transaction processing, adherence to company standards, and efficient execution of front-end procedures to support overall store operations and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities* Oversee daily front-end operations to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing* Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed, including register reconciliation and control processes* Monitor front-end activity to identify and resolve discrepancies, errors, or operational issues* Supervise and manage front-end staff to ensure adherence to company policies and performance expectations* Ensure high levels of customer service are maintained at all times* Review trends related to shrink, cash variances, and operational inconsistencies to address areas of concern* Coordinate front-end processes including scheduling, workflow execution, and coverage* Support implementation and enforcement of front-end procedures and internal controls* Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant front-end environmentQualifications* Previous experience in front-end, retail, or customer service operations* Strong understanding of cash handling procedures and transaction accuracy* Experience leading or managing a team in a fast-paced environment* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar toolsPreferred Qualifications* Experience managing front-end or cash room operations* Familiarity with audit standards and operational controls* Background in high-volume retail or wholesale environmentsWork Environment / ExpectationsPrimarily retail or front-end operational environment.
