Front End Paralegal - Personal Injury
We are seeking experienced personal injury case management professionals to join a busy Akron area law firm as a Front End Paralegal. This is a great opportunity for those who excel in managing injury cases and providing top-notch client service.

In this role, you'll manage personal injury cases from intake through treatment, ensuring clients feel supported and informed every step of the way. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00/hour based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service to clients involved in injury-related cases
Perform intake, gather accident facts, insurance info, injury summaries, and treatment status
Track clients through their treatment phase and maintain regular contact with medical providers, insurance companies, and clients
Request and follow up on medical records, bills, imaging, liens, and other pertinent documentation
Send letters of representation, track adjusters and claim numbers, confirm insurance policy details when available
Show compassion and effectively relate to clients with diverse needs
Maintain the case management system, meet deadlines, manage task lists, and organize documents
Minimum Requirements
Experience with personal injury cases in a legal setting is required
Case management experience strongly preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology, billing, or medical records required
Ability to interpret medical records and understand medical codes required
Insurance claim familiarity necessary
Strong organizational and tracking skills a must
Excellent phone skills and client communication experience
Nice to Have Skills
Experience as a paralegal (not required but a plus)
Ability to handle time-sensitive issues efficiently
Preferred Education and Experience
Proven experience managing injury cases in a legal environment
Strong understanding of medical terminology and billing processes

On-site work at Akron location
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
