The Front-End Revenue Operations Administrator supports front-end revenue cycle performance across multiple sites by driving standardization, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role connects front office operations with billing and coding to improve accuracy, efficiency, and financial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Monitor and improve front office performance (registration accuracy, eligibility, insurance verification, POS collections)
- Develop and track KPIs; share performance dashboards with leadership
- Identify gaps and lead performance improvement initiatives
- Support performance management actions (PIPs, corrective actions)
- Partner with Training to develop and deliver front office education
- Conduct site rounding to observe workflows and provide coaching
- Collaborate with billing, coding, and site leadership to reduce denials and improve clean claims
Qualifications for the role are:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years healthcare operations experience; front office/revenue cycle preferred
- Strong knowledge of front-end revenue cycle functions
- Experience with data analysis, KPIs, and performance improvement
- Strong communication, coaching, and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in EHR/practice management systems
This position will be based out of the Pea Ridge Business Center and will require some travel to health centers. The position will report to the Director of Revenue Cycle and work closely with health center leadership.
