Front House Team Member

We are looking for a dependable and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our retail team. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, assisting with purchases, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience from the moment guests walk in the door. Key Responsibilities:Greet customers promptly and provide friendly, professional serviceProcess transactions accurately using the point-of-sale systemMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floorHelp keeping display bins clean and assist with restocking inventory (as needed)Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales, returns, and customer serviceWork collaboratively with team members to meet store goalsAddress customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary Qualifications:Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentDependable with a strong work ethicComfortable standing for extended periods. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
