Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a warm, welcoming manner at the counter and throughout the café
• Take and process customer orders accurately, including in-person and phone orders
• Handle cash and POS transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front-of-house area
• Restock display cases, pastry shelves, and beverage stations as needed
• Assist with packaging baked goods and fulfilling custom or bulk orders
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and bakery staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Prior customer service, café, bakery, or food service experience preferred
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong customer-first attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Basic math and cash-handling skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
