Job Description
- Provide service / support of front of house operations, including but not limited to:
- Taking accurate food orders from customers (face-to-face / phone / tablet )
- Maintaining salad bar:
- Replenishment of items that are running low
- Cleaning of any spilled food items on / surrounding salad bar
- Returning salad bar food items to refrigeration at restaurant closing
- Operating cash register:
- Drawer management
- Cash count (at beginning / end of shift)
- Inputting of credit card & cash orders into PosNet
- Active communication with back-of-house (BH) team (cooks, cut & wrap team members)
- Inputting 3rd party pizza orders (DoorDash, GrubHub, UberEats) into point-of-sale system (PosNet)
- Greeting in-store customers in a friendly manner & serving food from BH to table
- Ongoing bussing & cleaning of tables
- Sweeping of dining room floors & mopping (upon closing)
- Daily spot cleaning of restrooms / thorough cleaning once a week
- Performs other related duties as assigned
