What You'll Do as a Dynamic FOH Team Member
- Smile and create emotional connections with guests through eye contact and friendly service
- Multitask quickly and efficiently while maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards
- Work collaboratively with a team that values adaptability, dependability, and strong work ethics
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members to ensure a smooth dining experience
- Maintain proper quality parameters for all food and beverages served
What We Expect from You
- Cheerful, positive attitude with a passion for serving and helping others
- Consistency, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to stand for several hours and lift 10-55 lbs as needed
- At least 16 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work a flexible day shift schedule with morning availability
- Properly worn facemask as required
