Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and create emotional connections with guests
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
• Multitask quickly and be team-oriented
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A service standards and values
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Keep a clean workspace and help other team members
• Willing to work in all positions as order taker, server, bagger, and work outside running or taking orders

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Cheerful, customer service-oriented, and detail-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently or in a team
• Flexible schedule availability and able to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift and carry 0-30 lbs regularly
• Willing to order take and run orders outdoors
• Willing to work in all positions including dining room, running orders, outside & inside cashier, and bagging
