Front of House Crew Member

We are looking for a qualified and responsible Front of House team member to serve our guests efficiently and accurately. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are paramount to help us continue to delight our guests and provide them with an outstanding experience.

A qualified candidate must be able to learn quickly, follow instructions, and desire to accomplish goals as a team. Previous experience is an advantage, and solid math and multitasking skills are a must.

Overall Responsibility: To provide a "remarkable" experience with every guest you come in contact with directly or indirectly.

Main Responsibilities Include:

• Performing guest service and food preparation duties
• Bagging food
• Making desserts
• Making beverages
• Greeting customers with a warm smile and friendly tone
• Taking customer orders promptly, quickly, and accurately
• Completing transactions on the POS
• Providing Second Mile Service - going above and beyond expectations to serve the guest
• Operating the drive-thru window or taking orders outside on an iPad
• Organizing inventory
• Maintaining a clean store and food safe environment
• Adhering to all safety policies and health regulations
• Stocking food and paper products

Job Requirements:

• Must be available to work Monday - Saturday
• Basic computer knowledge
• Good math skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to effectively resolve complaints
• Desire to work as a team
• Ability to multi-task
