In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Front counter team members perform guest services duties. Guest service job duties include greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash register. Ideal Chick-fil-A team members are proactive, personal, and possess a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities for Front of House Crew Member

• Serving Guests with a great attitude and friendly smile
• Taking & delivering orders to guests
• Moving with a sense of urgency
• Daily Cleaning of Restaurant
• Consistent Availability

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Work in cold or hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts; ability to lift over 15lbs.
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to guest complaints, requests, and needs with speed and a good attitude
