Position Type:

• Part-time to Full-time. High Schoolers: $13/hour; Part time - $14/hour, Full time pay range is $15-$16, based on availability

Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile

• Make Emotional Connections with Guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the Restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and Team Members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
