Position type: part-time to full-time. High schoolers: $13/hour; part time - $14/hour, full time pay range is $15-$16, based on availability.

Front of house team member responsibilities:

• Smile
• Create and maintain eye contact
• Speak enthusiastically
• Make emotional connections with guests
• Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the restaurant
• Multitask quickly, yet thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, with a strong work ethic
• Work on their feet for several hours at a time
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
