• Lead and supervise the Front-of-House team during busy breakfast and lunch shifts
• Ensure guests receive genuine hospitality in a clean and safe environment
• Coach and develop Team Members and Team Leaders with hands-on leadership
• Set high expectations for urgency, teamwork, and professionalism
• Run strong shifts that promote speed, accuracy, and team success

• Has prior leadership experience in Chick-fil-A or a similar environment
• Remains calm, decisive, and encouraging during busy or stressful times
• Enjoys coaching others and maintaining high standards
• Dependable and available for early breakfast shifts starting at 5:45 a.m. and lunch shifts through 4:00 p.m.
• Keen to grow in leadership and responsibility
