Key Responsibilities – Hospitality & Front of House
- Provide friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive service to create memorable guest experiences
- Take and serve orders accurately, maintaining speed and quality
- Keep all front-of-house areas clean and organized
Delivery Duties
- Safely and efficiently deliver orders with a sense of urgency and care
- Ensure order accuracy, food quality, and proper handling during delivery
- Communicate clearly with guests and professionally resolve any concerns
- Keep 100% of your tips and receive $2 per trip if using your personal vehicle
Operations & Teamwork
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet daily operational goals
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced, fun environment
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license
- Pass Motor Vehicle Record check
- Own a reliable smartphone with GPS and data capabilities
- Available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, including weekends
- Strong communication skills and a positive, motivated attitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 5–50 lbs
