As a highly skilled Front-of-House Delivery Team Member at Chick-fil-A Waterloo, you will deliver exceptional guest service through our delivery operations and regular restaurant activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Chick-fil-A through delivery with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
• Load and unload food products, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Operate delivery vehicles and your own vehicle to bring delicious meals to our guests' homes.

Front-of-House Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
• Support drive-thru, dining room, and carry-out operations as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum age: 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Insured vehicle for deliveries (company vehicles provided when possible).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside year-round.
