As a highly skilled Front-of-House Delivery Team Member at Chick-fil-A Waterloo, you will deliver exceptional guest service through our delivery operations and regular restaurant activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent Chick-fil-A through delivery with professionalism and a guest-first attitude.
- Load and unload food products, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Operate delivery vehicles and your own vehicle to bring delicious meals to our guests' homes.
Front-of-House Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas.
- Support drive-thru, dining room, and carry-out operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age: 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Insured vehicle for deliveries (company vehicles provided when possible).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outside year-round.
