Position Overview:
As a Front of House team member, you’ll be the face of the guest experience:
Taking orders, serving food, and ensuring that every visit is memorable. You’ll bring
Starbird’s core values to life through exceptional hospitality and high-energy teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude
  • Take and accurately enter orders using our point-of-sale system
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Keep the dining area, lobby, and restrooms clean and inviting
  • Proactively respond to guest needs and resolve issues with professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
