Key Responsibilities
- Lead successful shifts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for specific director roles.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth shift execution.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Training and Development
- Train, coach, and mentor team members and trainers.
- Collaborate with the Training Director to ensure adequate training for all team members.
- Identify ongoing training opportunities for team development.
Operational Excellence
- Work with the Operations Director to achieve proper scheduling and labor productivity.
- Set and communicate daily goals with your team.
Sales and Profitability
- Help implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Lead by example and inspire your team to follow suit.
- Collaborate with fellow directors to enhance systems and procedures.
