Front of House Director

Position Summary

The Front of House Director is responsible for leading the team that creates a remarkable guest experience each and every day. Through exceptional hospitality, operational excellence, and intentional leadership development, this role ensures every guest feels cared for and every team member has the opportunity to grow.

Working alongside the Owner/Operator and Executive Director, this leader oversees all front-of-house operations with a special emphasis on the drive-thru, hospitality, cleanliness, and developing future leaders. You'll help build a culture where guests feel genuinely cared for, team members enjoy coming to work, and operational excellence becomes the standard.

This is a unique opportunity to help launch the brand-new Chick-fil-A coming to Stillwater, Minnesota, opening this October. As a foundational member of our leadership team, you'll help shape our culture, develop future leaders, and create an experience that keeps guests coming back for years to come.

Areas of Responsibility

Guest Experience

• Champion genuine hospitality throughout the restaurant.
• Ensure guests receive fast, accurate, and personal service.
• Lead continuous improvements in the drive-thru experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room.

Leadership Development

• Recruit, coach, and develop Front of House leaders.
• Provide regular feedback, accountability, and encouragement.
• Build a culture of ownership, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Help identify and prepare future leaders.

Operational Excellence

• Ensure consistent execution of Chick-fil-A standards.
• Improve speed of service, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain strong staffing plans and daily operational readiness.
• Partner with Back of House leadership to create a seamless guest experience.

$23.00 - $27.00 per hour
