- Excels in the art of fueling moments worth sharing, demonstrating excellent organizational capabilities, a sharp focus on detail, and a true dedication to delivering outstanding service
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome guests and manage all aspects of the dining experience with enthusiasm, acting as a crucial Front of House Team Member.
- Provide expert knowledge of the food and beverage menu, offering personalized suggestions and answering questions accurately.
- Ensure the dining area remains clean, presentable, and ready to host guests at all times.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs and address any concerns swiftly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
- Process payments efficiently and handle all transactions with integrity and care.
- Actively contribute to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues during peak hours.
