The Guest Experience Team focuses on serving dine-in, carry-out, DoorDash, and catering guests while maintaining a welcoming and exceptionally clean environment. Team Members proactively care for guests, create emotional connections, and help ensure every visit feels personal and memorable.
This role is fast-paced and detail-oriented. Team Members must be able to multitask, move quickly, communicate clearly, and maintain accuracy while serving guests with hospitality and care.
ROLE
The Guest Experience Team Member is responsible for creating remarkable guest experiences through hospitality, attentiveness, and dining room excellence.
Availability
- Preferred availability of 20+ hours/week
- Minimum availability of 12 hours/week required
Pay Rate
- Full-Time: $16.00–$17.00/hour
- Part-Time: $11.75–$13.50/hour
Reports to: Team Leader, Supervisor, Director – Guest Experience
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Welcome and serve guests with genuine hospitality
- Accurately take orders and handle cash transactions
- Make change quickly and accurately at the register
- Support carry-out, catering, DoorDash, and dine-in guests
- Maintain refreshingly clean dining room, restroom, and guest areas
- Proactively care for guest needs and create emotional connections
- Assist guests by delivering meals, refreshing beverages, clearing trays, and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Work together with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure fast and accurate service
- Help create a caring and encouraging environment for guests and team members

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be at least 15 years old upon hire
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to accurately handle cash and make change
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reading, writing, and basic math skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Ability to multitask and transition quickly between responsibilities
- Ability to stand and move throughout shifts
- Must respond quickly and efficiently to changing guest needs and order flow
