Front of House: High School Senior Co-Op

Role Overview:

Are you a high school senior looking to gain professional work experience while finishing your coursework? Our Senior Co-Op program allows you to join our Front of House team during the most important part of our day. As a Co-Op Team Member, you will be a vital part of our lunch rush and help ensure the restaurant is prepared for success during the afternoon transition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lunch Peak Execution: Work in fast-paced positions such as Drive-Thru, Front Counter, or Dining Room to provide quick and friendly service to our guests.
• Transition Support: Use the post-lunch hours to restock stations, clean guest areas, and ensure the restaurant is organized for the evening shift.
• Second Mile Service: Deliver Chick-fil-A’s signature hospitality by ensuring every guest feels welcome and cared for.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside our leadership team to maintain a clean and efficient environment during high-volume periods.
