Front of House Hospitality Host

We are currently looking for team member ages 18 and older to join our Hospitality Host Team! If you are someone who strives to connect with guests, make each interaction memorable, this is the position for you!

As a Hospitality Host, your primary responsibility will be to create an exceptional and memorable experience for every guests who walks though our doors. This position is focused on engaging with and prioritizing our guests in the dining room, providing Second Mile Service, and demonstrating the Chick-fil-A Core 4.

Hospitality Hosts will serve as a dedicated presence in the dining room, focusing on the guest experience will the rest of our team works to ensure meals are prepared and served accurately and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging with guests and creating a welcoming dining experience
• Providing Second Mile Service by anticipating and exceeding guest needs
• Demonstrating Core 4 during every guest interaction
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room
• Checking in with guests throughout their visit to ensure they have everything they need
• Assisting guests with questions, requests, and concerns
• Helping create a positive and hospitable environment for everyone who visits our restaurant
• Working alongside the restaurant team to ensure guests receive their meals accurately and in a timely manner

Starting Pay: $15/hour
