• Ensure the dining area remains clean, presentable, and ready to host guests at all times.

• Proactively anticipate guest needs and address any concerns swiftly and effectively to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

• Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar staff to ensure orders are delivered accurately and promptly.

• Process payments efficiently and handle all transactions with integrity and care.

• Actively contribute to a team-oriented environment by supporting colleagues during peak hours.
