Front of House Leader

At Chick-fil-A, our Front of House Leaders play a key role in creating a remarkable guest experience and leading the front-of-house team with excellence. They are responsible for helping ensure guests are served with speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality. They do this through coaching team members, supporting daily operations, maintaining Chick-fil-A standards, and helping create a positive team culture. This role is ideal for someone who is friendly, dependable, organized, and passionate about leading others in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule and Hours

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available
• Monday - Saturday availability 
• Daytime, evening, and Saturday availability may be needed

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and support front-of-house team members during daily operations
• Create a welcoming and hospitable experience for every guest
• Ensure order accuracy, speed of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction
• Coach team members on hospitality, communication, and Chick-fil-A standards
• Help manage breaks, positioning, and team communication during shifts
• Support front counter, drive-thru, dining room, mobile orders, and guest recovery
• Communicate clearly with kitchen leaders and restaurant leadership
• Help train new front-of-house team members and support their development
• Solve guest and team challenges quickly, calmly, and professionally
• Uphold Chick-fil-A’s culture, values, standards, policies, and dress code
• Support restaurant operations and other duties as assigned
