About the Role:
Fin & Crab is looking for an energetic and experienced Front of House Manager to lead our team in Charleston, SC! This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the guest experience and help drive the success of a dynamic hospitality operation. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all front of house operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience
• Hire, train, schedule, and manage FOH staff including servers, hosts, and bartenders
• Monitor floor operations during service to maintain quality, speed, and hospitality standards
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and conflict resolution with professionalism
• Collaborate with kitchen and back of house management to ensure smooth service flow
• Track and manage labor costs, tip reporting, and daily sales reconciliation
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards in compliance with local regulations

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant or hospitality management experience in a FOH leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Proven ability to manage high-volume service in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with POS systems and basic restaurant reporting
• Food Handler and/or ServSafe certification preferred
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
